What you will do

• Manage and oversee multiple client implementations and internal team initiatives simultaneously.
• Establish project governance, including delivery structure, change control, and risk escalation processes.
• Lead the deployment of resources and production of deliverables to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Build and maintain end-to-end integrated program plans, budgets, and milestone tracking.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for risks and decisions across multiple implementations.
• Coach and develop implementation team members as a career mentor and technical guide.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare management, delivery, or consulting.
• 10+ years of client and program management experience.
• Proven track record of managing senior client executive sponsors.
• Strong business and technical acumen with a results-oriented approach.
• Based in British Columbia or Alberta, Canada.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a SaaS, health-tech, or startup environment.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a practical and responsible way.
• Proficiency with professional project management software and tools.
