Salary: $140,900 – $176,100 CAD

What you will do
- Manage and oversee multiple client implementations and internal team initiatives simultaneously.
- Establish project governance, including delivery structure, change control, and risk escalation processes.
- Lead the deployment of resources and production of deliverables to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Build and maintain end-to-end integrated program plans, budgets, and milestone tracking.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for risks and decisions across multiple implementations.
- Coach and develop implementation team members as a career mentor and technical guide.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare management, delivery, or consulting.
- 10+ years of client and program management experience.
- Proven track record of managing senior client executive sponsors.
- Strong business and technical acumen with a results-oriented approach.
- Based in British Columbia or Alberta, Canada.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a SaaS, health-tech, or startup environment.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a practical and responsible way.
- Proficiency with professional project management software and tools.
