What you will do

• Lead executive deployment strategies for the largest healthcare customers, building trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and operational leadership.
• Design and own end-to-end implementation roadmaps for enterprise healthcare AI solutions across hospitals and payer organizations.
• Develop repeatable implementation methodologies, playbooks, and reference architectures to standardize and accelerate future deployments.
• Serve as the primary voice of the customer to influence product roadmap decisions and validate new product concepts.
• Drive industry thought leadership by representing the company at executive briefings, conferences, and advisory boards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare technology, or enterprise software consulting.
• Deep expertise in RCM processes, including Denials Management, Prior Authorization, Claims Submission, and Revenue Integrity.
• Proven track record of leading complex enterprise software implementations within health systems or payer organizations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and CMS regulations.
• Executive presence and the ability to advise senior healthcare leaders on operational transformation.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI-powered healthcare solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise automation platforms such as hirify.global, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.
• Experience partnering directly with Product Management and Engineering organizations.
• Consulting experience leading healthcare transformation initiatives.
