Requirements

• Proven experience as a consultant or embedded advisor in complex or matrix organizations.
• Practical experience in modern product management, discovery frameworks, and product metrics.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery at scale and systems thinking.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting the professional development of others.
• Data literacy with experience using product analytics and dashboards to inform decisions.
