What you will do
- Execute generator deals from initial signal to signature, including negotiating Heads of Terms and landing contracts.
- Expand the generator base with developers, IPPs, and aggregators through targeted, data-led outreach.
- Build a diversified portfolio across core tech types, regions, and tenors to increase pricing depth and resilience.
- Manage commercial diligence and deal hygiene to ensure seamless handoffs to delivery teams.
- Collaborate with Legal, Ops, and Product teams to reduce onboarding friction for new generators.
- Provide structured sell-side signals to the pricing and strategy teams to refine the company's proposition.
Requirements
- Experience in energy, climate tech, or B2B sales involving complex deals with renewable generators or asset managers.
- Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing new generator deals.
- Strong understanding of generator commercial drivers including price, risk, term, and route-to-market.
- Knowledge of PPAs, flexible products, or structured energy deals.
- Ability to use data tooling and automation for pipeline and pricing management.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
