Location: Remote (Europe). Must be based in Europe and able to work in the CET time zone ±3 hours.

What you will do
- Source, negotiate, and close new OEM partnerships end-to-end, from initial contact to signed agreement.
- Grow and retain existing OEM partners, ensuring they derive tangible value from the platform.
- Identify and sell new products to OEMs to open additional revenue streams.
- Develop and optimize the partnerships playbook, including the integration of AI to improve processes.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and on expert panels.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to deliver on partner commitments.
Requirements
- Based in Europe and able to work in the CET time zone ±3 hours.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or partnerships, ideally within B2B software or the energy sector.
- Proven ability to build trust and manage relationships with technical product managers and senior executives in multi-national companies.
- Strong negotiation, diplomatic, and complex project management skills.
- Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience closing and scaling multi-year strategic partnerships with enterprise counterparts.
- High interest or experience in renewable energy, electric vehicles, or demand response.
- Active use of AI tools to enhance work efficiency and quality.
- Familiarity with API-based B2B software.
