TL;DR

Partnerships Manager (Climate Tech): Orchestrating partnerships with OEMs to connect and optimize residential energy devices for grid stability with an accent on strategic sourcing and revenue growth. Focus on closing end-to-end OEM agreements, developing a scalable partnership playbook, and integrating API-based B2B software solutions.

Location: Remote (Europe). Must be based in Europe and able to work in the CET time zone ±3 hours.

hirify.global provides the infrastructure layer to connect and orchestrate energy devices like EVs and heat pumps at scale to stabilize the grid.

What you will do

  • Source, negotiate, and close new OEM partnerships end-to-end, from initial contact to signed agreement.
  • Grow and retain existing OEM partners, ensuring they derive tangible value from the platform.
  • Identify and sell new products to OEMs to open additional revenue streams.
  • Develop and optimize the partnerships playbook, including the integration of AI to improve processes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and on expert panels.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to deliver on partner commitments.

Requirements

  • Based in Europe and able to work in the CET time zone ±3 hours.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or partnerships, ideally within B2B software or the energy sector.
  • Proven ability to build trust and manage relationships with technical product managers and senior executives in multi-national companies.
  • Strong negotiation, diplomatic, and complex project management skills.
  • Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience closing and scaling multi-year strategic partnerships with enterprise counterparts.
  • High interest or experience in renewable energy, electric vehicles, or demand response.
  • Active use of AI tools to enhance work efficiency and quality.
  • Familiarity with API-based B2B software.
