Enterprise Solution Engineer (AI/SaaS): Leading the technical pre-sales process for an AI-native procurement platform with an accent on technical discovery, custom PoCs, and aligning platform capabilities to enterprise needs. Focus on bridging the gap between sales, product, and customers to drive deal success in the AI Supplier Relationship Management space.

Location: London (Hybrid: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-person)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary technical advisor during the enterprise sales process to uncover and address client challenges.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and build tailored demos and PoCs to showcase platform value.
  • Partner with the sales team to align hirify.global's capabilities with unique enterprise needs.
  • Drive and own POCs in collaboration with Customer and Product teams to ensure technical comfort.
  • Provide field feedback to the Product team to help shape the future roadmap.
  • Manage RFPs/RFIs and address IT security queries for complex enterprise requirements.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within B2B SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of the modern finance or procurement stack, including ERP, CLM, GRC, or AP automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead product demos and craft custom solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Strong communication skills to simplify technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be able to work in-person from the London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
