TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (London, UK)

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + 30% variable

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the UK technology partnership strategy and pipeline to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle: from initial qualification and commercial negotiation to GTM activation and sustainability.
  • Lead a monthly partnership governance committee to prioritize technical decisions and arbitrate partner strategy.
  • Scale hirify.global's presence within hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake) and optimize the use of their marketplaces.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless partner integration and execution.
  • Create partner-specific enablement assets, including positioning narratives, pricing guidance, and sales plays.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in tech partnerships, business development, or alliances within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of owning partnerships end-to-end, specifically building partner-sourced pipeline as a repeatable channel.
  • Experience in high-growth Series B/C SaaS companies or established enterprise vendors (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP).
  • Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders at major technology vendors and hyperscalers.
  • Strong commercial instinct for building business cases, structuring negotiations, and pricing models.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of sustainability, ESG, or climate tech sectors.
  • Familiarity with the data provider ecosystem (e.g., S&P Global, EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi).
  • Experience with cloud marketplace programs (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, GCP).
  • Exposure to M&A or build-vs-buy processes in a corporate development context.
