What you will do

• Manage multiple EHS competences such as hazardous energy, ergonomics, and confined space on a corporate level.
• Develop processes, standards, and reporting mechanisms applicable to worldwide operations.
• Collaborate with various sectors including Manufacturing, D&E, and CS to align EHS practices.
• Translate corporate policies and regulations into actionable business solutions to control operational risks.
• Own and develop technical competence areas, including the creation of training frameworks.
• Drive EHS culture by managing core processes like Incident & Compliance Management and Sustainability Reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Certification: HVK, NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in EHS within a technical industry, consultancy, or national government.
• Experience working within a globally operating company.
• Proven track record of stakeholder management at a senior level.
• English: C1 level (excellent communication and presentation skills) required.
