What you will do
- Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans for National Key Accounts.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional campaigns to drive profitable growth.
- Acquire new customers within the national On-Premise universe.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure executional excellence.
- Monitor customer performance, analyze ROI, and take corrective actions to meet business targets.
- Maintain a strong in-field presence and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Johannesburg, South Africa
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven track record in account management, preferably within the beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of the On-Premise route-to-market environment.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and commercial planning skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally (50-60% of the time).
