What you will do

  • Support Account Managers in maintaining client satisfaction and achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Act as the first point of contact for daily business needs and queries for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive product usage through consistent engagement, service calls, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Monitor client spend and usage trends to ensure retention targets (minimum 95% YTD) are met.
  • Maintain accurate client records, contract statuses, and activity logs using Salesforce.
  • Host credit education workshops and collaborate with clients on customer advisory boards.

Requirements

  • Matric and/or relevant tertiary education, specifically in Credit Management.
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be based in Johannesburg for hybrid work.
