What you will do
- Qualify inbound opportunities and develop SOWs covering pricing, scope, and timeline
- Sell and close deals with executive support from the founders
- Lead internal and client kickoff calls and serve as the primary point of contact
- Manage client expectations, resolve issues, and navigate budget conversations
- Identify and close upsell and renewal opportunities to grow account value
- Maintain CRM accuracy and revenue forecasts to align with delivery and finance teams
Requirements
- Experience owning the full client arc from sales and scoping to long-term account management
- Ability to protect delivery teams from scope creep while identifying expansion opportunities
- Proficiency in creating specific, unambiguous SOWs aligned with delivery capabilities
- Experience preparing and presenting Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks to clients
