What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver powerful digital and social content for clients.
• Act as a brand guardian and trusted advisor, nurturing senior-level client relationships.
• Maintain full financial control of accounts and provide regular operational reporting.
• Drive growth targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Manage project delivery, run rates, and client satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and optimize internal agency processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, social media management, and creative production.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and financial management of accounts.
• Exceptional strategic planning skills and creative judgment.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for high-level stakeholder engagement.
• Experience within the FMCG sector is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
