What you will do

  • Own and scale acquisition performance across Paid Search (Google, Microsoft) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok).
  • Drive full-funnel optimization from initial impression to trial and paid conversion.
  • Build and execute a structured experimentation roadmap across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Adapt growth strategies for international markets, focusing on localization of messaging and channel mix for Canada, UK, and ANZ.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to align on growth priorities and ensure tracking integrity.
  • Manage budget allocation, pacing, and channel mix to achieve Gross Adds and CAC targets.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles with direct acquisition accountability.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (TikTok preferred).
  • Proven track record in DTC, subscription, or SMB-focused growth environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose funnel performance and understand LTV:CAC economics.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in London, England for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing international markets, specifically UK, Canada, and ANZ.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or targeting SMB audiences.
  • Familiarity with attribution models, incrementality testing, and LTV-based optimization.
