What you will do

• Design and execute integrated field events to support immediate and long-term business objectives in collaboration with sales and product teams.
• Translate demand generation strategies into impactful experiences, working with engineering and product leaders to develop promotional content.
• Manage the full event lifecycle, including contracts, planning, and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Develop comprehensive event campaigns covering audience segmentation, promotional tactics, and follow-up strategies.
• Track and analyze the performance of field marketing campaigns using data insights to refine strategies.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including the delivery of materials, booth properties, and equipment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in field, event, or regional marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
• Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and increasing brand awareness.
• Excellent project management skills for organizing and executing events at various scales.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on program effectiveness.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Must be based in the United States and be available for >50% travel.
