Location: Onsite in Bristol, UK (Internal hirify.global colleagues only)

hirify.global is a travel company specializing in group bookings and corporate travel solutions.

What you will do

  • Test lead generation across corporate and clubs channels using LinkedIn outreach and networking events.
  • Manage inquiries and build quotes for high-AOV groups of 20+ participants.
  • Collaborate with Supply and Finance to understand group-specific constraints, including contracts and flight options.
  • Document all successful strategies and failures to help create the official sales playbook.
  • Provide weekly reports to the Team Leader on outreach, bookings, and margins.
  • Handle the end-to-end customer journey from booking through to pre-departure.

Requirements

  • Must be an internal candidate within the hirify.global Sales team.
  • Proven bias for action and ability to identify next steps independently.
  • Experience in proactive business development and cold outreach.
  • Ability to make critical, data-driven decisions based on channel conversion.
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage a pipeline within a 3-month window.
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on maintaining margins of 19%+.
