What you will do
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders across a portfolio of clients.
- Develop and execute account strategies to identify and pitch new business opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day client needs, including onboarding, rotations, and communication.
- Oversee commercial management, including SOW creation and minimizing revenue leakage.
- Source and build delivery teams based on client needs and skill requirements.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for clients and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an account manager in a tech or digital delivery environment.
- Strong commercial capability with experience in SOWs and contract terms.
- Ability to build strategic relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Experience in people leadership and team coordination.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Leeds, UK
