What you will do

• Lead product discovery through workshops and user research to identify and validate real problems.
• Develop and own product strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business goals and customer needs.
• Partner with clients to translate business complexity into actionable and clear product directions.
• Define functional, visual, and technical specifications in collaboration with architects and designers.
• Oversee product delivery, measuring and iterating until the core problem is effectively solved.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge to raise the collective bar of craftsmanship.

Requirements

• Proven experience in defining and shipping successful digital products.
• Strong product instincts and a deep curiosity regarding user behavior and success metrics.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams through clarity rather than authority.
• Experience integrating AI tools into a professional creative and productive workflow.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Antwerp, Belgium (Hybrid).
