What you will do

  • Manage two autonomous engineering squads end-to-end, maintaining momentum and clarity.
  • Drive the data and analytics product strategy, translating complex requirements into intuitive solutions.
  • Ensure delivery on enterprise customer commitments while managing shifting priorities.
  • Lead discovery processes to validate new feature ideas and define requirements.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to develop go-to-market strategies and drive adoption.
  • Own and communicate a clear product roadmap balancing customer requests, technical debt, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing multiple engineering squads or complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Data product experience (analytics, reporting, or business intelligence).
  • Technical fluency to work effectively with engineering teams on data and core product challenges.
  • Track record of launching new products to market and developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong customer discovery and validation skills.
