What you will do

• Own the product operating system that connects strategy, signals, planning, and progress across multiple teams.
• Lead quarterly product-planning cycles and maintain a single trusted view of roadmaps and delivery risks.
• Build a lightweight reporting rhythm to surface uncertainty and risks early.
• Ensure customer and market insights from Sales, Success, and Support are consistently routed to Product Owners.
• Coach Product Owners on shared operating standards and build reusable playbooks and templates.
• Leverage automation and AI to reduce manual coordination and optimize decision-making processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or program management in B2B SaaS.
• Direct experience running product planning, roadmapping, and prioritization processes across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to turn fragmented practices into a scalable operating system and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation skills and comfort using data to make risks and trade-offs visible.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Currently residing within commuting distance of Leiden, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, roadmapping tools, analytics platforms, and workflow automation.
• Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or complex B2B integration-platform environments.
