What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and solution alignment through negotiation and closing.
  • Own a broad book of business, guiding prospects through the adoption of the DevSecOps platform.
  • Partner with technical teams and customer success to provide account leadership and direction.
  • Analyze wins and losses to contribute to root cause analyses and share insights across the organization.
  • Document buying criteria, processes, and pipeline data to ensure evidence-based sales management.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by contributing product feedback to the public issue tracker.

Requirements

  • Fluent Hebrew language skills required.
  • Proven success in software sales, ideally within a commercial market context.
  • Experience managing a varied book of business and guiding customers through complex buying journeys.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing and technical departments.
  • Ability to maintain accurate pipeline data and account plans based on evidence.
  • Alignment with company values and interest in open source software and application lifecycle management.
