What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and solution alignment through negotiation and closing.
- Own a broad book of business, guiding prospects through the adoption of the DevSecOps platform.
- Partner with technical teams and customer success to provide account leadership and direction.
- Analyze wins and losses to contribute to root cause analyses and share insights across the organization.
- Document buying criteria, processes, and pipeline data to ensure evidence-based sales management.
- Represent the voice of the customer by contributing product feedback to the public issue tracker.
Requirements
- Fluent Hebrew language skills required.
- Proven success in software sales, ideally within a commercial market context.
- Experience managing a varied book of business and guiding customers through complex buying journeys.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing and technical departments.
- Ability to maintain accurate pipeline data and account plans based on evidence.
- Alignment with company values and interest in open source software and application lifecycle management.
