What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key performance metrics.
  • Generate new business opportunities and own the sales cycle from prospecting to close for SMB customers.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and day-to-day sales activities.
  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver presentations, and demonstrate product value.
  • Build relationships with business and operational stakeholders across target accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS, CRM, or business applications is a plus.
