What you will do

  • Own the retailer pipeline by prospecting, pitching, and closing accounts across natural and conventional channels.
  • Manage broker and distributor relationships, setting targets and ensuring accountability.
  • Lead end-to-end retailer review cycles, including preparation, pitching, and follow-up.
  • Translate weekly syndicated data (velocity, ACV, sell-through) into actionable sales strategies.
  • Establish and enforce placement policies, free-fill rules, and trade spend guardrails.
  • Develop sales infrastructure, including pitch decks, deal sheets, and broker briefs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CPG sales and account management.
  • Proven track record of navigating retailer reviews and achieving year-over-year account growth.
  • Fluency in retail data metrics such as velocity, $/store/week, and ACV.
  • Strong instincts regarding pricing and promo planning for premium price points.
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional buyer outreach.
  • Must be based in the US.
