What you will do
- Own the retailer pipeline by prospecting, pitching, and closing accounts across natural and conventional channels.
- Manage broker and distributor relationships, setting targets and ensuring accountability.
- Lead end-to-end retailer review cycles, including preparation, pitching, and follow-up.
- Translate weekly syndicated data (velocity, ACV, sell-through) into actionable sales strategies.
- Establish and enforce placement policies, free-fill rules, and trade spend guardrails.
- Develop sales infrastructure, including pitch decks, deal sheets, and broker briefs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CPG sales and account management.
- Proven track record of navigating retailer reviews and achieving year-over-year account growth.
- Fluency in retail data metrics such as velocity, $/store/week, and ACV.
- Strong instincts regarding pricing and promo planning for premium price points.
- Excellent written communication skills for professional buyer outreach.
- Must be based in the US.
