What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for a modern Data Intelligence Platform focused on AI-native governance and discovery.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing international team of Product Managers.
• Drive the development of AI-powered capabilities, including intelligent agents and conversational data experiences.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and engineering to translate strategic vision into actionable technical deliverables.
• Build relationships with Chief Data Officers and enterprise stakeholders to drive product adoption.
• Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to guide long-term innovation and strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 4 years leading product organizations.
• Strong expertise in Data Catalogs, Data Governance, Data Mesh, or Data Quality domains.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and AI agents within enterprise platforms.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple regions and cultures.
• English: C1 level required (Excellent written and verbal communication skills).
• Proven ability to operate in both startup-like and large global corporate environments.
