What you will do

• Drive end-to-end product delivery by translating strategic use cases into detailed product requirements and PRDs.
• Transform real-world operational pain points into scalable product opportunities and manage prioritized Jira backlogs.
• Design agentic workflows, balancing autonomous AI capabilities with human-in-the-loop oversight.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers on system architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs.
• Ownership of testing, workflow fit, and go-live standards for seamless scaling across physical and digital operations.
• Track adoption and business impact using SQL, dashboards, and A/B testing to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Owner delivering digital products in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to discuss APIs, machine learning models, and system architectures with technical stakeholders.
• Practical experience with modern AI tooling for rapid prototyping and production LLM-based features.
• Data-driven mindset with an experiment-focused approach to KPI-based product decisions.
• Fluency in English is required; German language proficiency is considered a strong plus.
• Must be available for a hybrid working model in the Munich/Pullach area.
