What you will do

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases across the insurance value chain, including claims triage, underwriting automation, and policy servicing.
• Engage with insurers and partners to validate problem statements and shape the AI roadmap.
• Author detailed Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria and success metrics for engineering teams.
• Own and groom the AI domain backlog using Agile/Kanban frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to drive features from story to production.
• Define and monitor KPIs for AI features, focusing on adoption, accuracy, and business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or strategy consulting.
• Proven delivery experience within the insurance sector.
• Working knowledge of AI, specifically Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
• Strong understanding of core insurance processes such as policy, claims, billing, and distribution.
• Proven track record of writing technical User Stories and managing backlogs in Jira.
• Ability to operate at both strategic (executive workshops) and tactical (developer clarification) levels.

• Background from a top-tier strategy or technology consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Accenture).
