Product Manager & Product Owner (AI): Defining and delivering AI capabilities for the INSIS insurance platform with an accent on LLM use cases and product discovery. Focus on translating emerging AI capabilities into concrete product features and managing the end-to-end delivery process from user stories to production.
Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Burgas, Sofia, or Denmark

What you will do
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases across the insurance value chain, including claims triage, underwriting automation, and policy servicing.
- Engage with insurers and partners to validate problem statements and shape the AI roadmap.
- Author detailed Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria and success metrics for engineering teams.
- Own and groom the AI domain backlog using Agile/Kanban frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to drive features from story to production.
- Define and monitor KPIs for AI features, focusing on adoption, accuracy, and business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or strategy consulting.
- Proven delivery experience within the insurance sector.
- Working knowledge of AI, specifically Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
- Strong understanding of core insurance processes such as policy, claims, billing, and distribution.
- Proven track record of writing technical User Stories and managing backlogs in Jira.
- Ability to operate at both strategic (executive workshops) and tactical (developer clarification) levels.

- Background from a top-tier strategy or technology consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Accenture).
