What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the hirify.global Agent Builder and core context engineering capabilities.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers, sales teams, and solution architects to refine product requirements and prioritize needs.
• Analyze the AI Agent market, trends, and major players to inform strategic direction.
• Partner with data science and engineering to establish benchmarking and evaluation frameworks for agent capabilities.
• Work with design to build intuitive user experiences for managing and refining AI agent context.
• Evangelize Agent Builder capabilities through technical content, blog posts, and partnerships with cloud service providers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in technical, cloud infrastructure, or platform products.
• Deep technical fluency in LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and context engineering.
• Proven track record of leading complex, data-intensive products from ideation through launch.
• Ability to lead across a matrixed organization and drive execution in a remote-first environment.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Must be located in one of the listed hiring countries.
