What you will do

• Define the multi-channel vision and strategy for text-based interfaces including Webchat and WhatsApp.
• Own and deliver the product roadmap from discovery to iteration, aligning cross-functional squads.
• Bridge the gap between customer needs and technical possibilities to evolve natural language interfaces.
• Integrate and optimize LLM, RAG, and tool-calling pipelines for text-based agents.
• Launch new channels into production in collaboration with deployment teams and clients.
• Coordinate beta programs and launch kits to drive ROI within specific industry verticals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven track record in driving the product lifecycle from research and prototyping to launch and optimization.
• Strong ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product strategy.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to validate assumptions and hypotheses using facts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences and formats.
• ROI-focused approach to maximizing team impact and resource allocation.

Nice to have

• Experience working on products at scale in high-growth international environments.
• Familiarity with AI prototyping tools and conversational AI success metrics.
• Technical background (Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API, web-socket/webhook architectures, and live-chat SDKs.
