What you will do

  • Perform quality assurance by reviewing sales calls, checking files, and providing quality scoring and feedback.
  • Manage the minimum competency register and oversee the onboarding and supervision of new staff.
  • Deliver product and regulatory training to ensure staff exceed required standards.
  • Build QA reporting and management information to surface trend analysis and implement behavioral corrections.
  • Maintain and improve QA frameworks and support the Head of Retail Sales with regulatory reviews.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services.
  • QFA holder (Qualified Financial Adviser) recognized by the Central Bank of Ireland.
  • Proven sales background within regulated industries with experience in providing compliant advice.
  • Hands-on experience maintaining competency registers and supervising new entrants to competent-adviser status.
  • Strong working knowledge of conduct regulation in at least one of the target markets (Ireland/UK).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and engage stakeholders at all levels.
