What you will do

• Proactively monitor IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure business continuity.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to restore service.
• Assess the impact of planned changes on service availability and mitigate implementation risks.
• Maintain and improve system documentation, including system diagrams, knowledge bases, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with IT operations, development teams, and third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide regular updates to leads and stakeholders regarding service availability and SLA compliance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of ITIL practices (ITIL Foundation certification is an asset).
• Proficiency in ticket management systems.
• Solid understanding of core technologies including Office 365, Intune, SCCM, and Entra ID.
• Experience with service monitoring tools and a strong grasp of both hardware and software components.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Uxbridge, United Kingdom.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure in high-stakes situations.
