What you will do
- Provide onsite and remote IT support for Windows and macOS via tickets, Slack, and desk-side assistance.
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware setup, access provisioning, and asset recovery.
- Oversee IT asset inventory, including receiving, assembling, deploying, and tracking hardware.
- Maintain and troubleshoot conference room video systems to ensure minimal meeting disruption.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring strict SLA adherence.
- Identify automation opportunities using an AI-first mindset to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment.
- 2+ years of experience supporting both Mac and Windows devices.
- 2+ years of experience managing user and role-based access in a SaaS-heavy environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting using Jamf and Intune.
- Must be based in London, UK to provide onsite support.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for standby or onsite operational support.
Nice to have
- Experience with , Google Suite, or ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Suite, Slack, or Salesforce.
- Experience with Workspace One.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
