What you will do

  • Provide onsite and remote IT support for Windows and macOS via tickets, Slack, and desk-side assistance.
  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware setup, access provisioning, and asset recovery.
  • Oversee IT asset inventory, including receiving, assembling, deploying, and tracking hardware.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot conference room video systems to ensure minimal meeting disruption.
  • Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring strict SLA adherence.
  • Identify automation opportunities using an AI-first mindset to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting both Mac and Windows devices.
  • 2+ years of experience managing user and role-based access in a SaaS-heavy environment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting using Jamf and Intune.
  • Must be based in London, UK to provide onsite support.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for standby or onsite operational support.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global, Google Suite, or ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Suite, Slack, or Salesforce.
  • Experience with Workspace One.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
