What you will do

  • Analyze and document unfamiliar client/server and network environments to identify the quickest path to resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis for workstation and server level incidents.
  • Provide technical consulting to clients on applications and computing best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-level incidents involving Office 365, Azure, and connectivity.
  • Monitor and prioritize service tasks escalated from Technical Support Engineers.
  • Communicate complex technical resolutions to non-technical clients clearly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Technical Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in desktop and/or server support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Server and Workstation Technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience with Office 365 and Azure.
  • Experience troubleshooting network configuration and hardware issues.
  • Availability to work after hours or participate in an on-call rotation if applicable.

Nice to have

  • VMWare experience.
  • CompTia A+ or Network+ certifications.
  • Microsoft certifications: MS-900, Az-900, or MS-102.
