What you will do

• Support staff across all locations, managing the full IT ticket lifecycle from logging to completion.
• Handle user onboarding, offboarding, and IT asset management from creation to end-of-life.
• Support the application stack including Microsoft 365, Entra, Adobe, and SolidWorks.
• Build and troubleshoot end-user devices (Laptops, Mobiles) and provide basic server and network infrastructure support.
• Implement and maintain security tooling and controls in line with compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and internal IT processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11, Android, and iOS.
• Fundamental knowledge of server and network infrastructure.
• Experience with ticketing systems and project execution.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of Linux.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO, NIST, or Cyber Essentials.
• Knowledge of security best practices.
• Experience delivering key IT projects or programs.
