What you will do

• Design and execute the UA "go-to-market" strategy for new titles.
• Manage daily operations across social, SDK networks, and programmatic channels.
• Take ownership of budgets and ROAS targets, navigating complex privacy landscapes.
• Partner with Creative Labs to iterate on high-performing assets.
• Act as the UA lead for Gram Games, bridging the gap between Product, BI, and Monetization teams.
• Share best practices across the hirify.global network and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in mobile UA or performance marketing within the mobile gaming sector.
• Experience in a high-volume environment, successfully releasing and scaling multiple games.
• Advanced analytical skills and a deep understanding of MMPs, SKAdNetwork, and attribution.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and pivot strategies quickly.
• Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL knowledge is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Prior experience within the London gaming ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of ad monetization and its interplay with UA (LTV modeling).
• Experience managing seven-figure monthly budgets for top-tier global titles.
