What you will do

• Own creative strategy for Social Casino accounts across Paid Social, Programmatic, and App Store channels.
• Generate concepts and briefs for UGC, influencer, Motion Graphics, and Playable content.
• Lead and mentor a small team of strategists, copywriters, and video editors.
• Write scripts and shape storyboards for video content, collaborating with in-house and external creators.
• Partner with media buyers to analyze performance data (CTR, CPI, ROAS) and iterate creative assets.
• Build and maintain a library of high-performing angles, hooks, and creative frameworks.

Requirements

• Proven creative strategy experience in a performance-driven agency or in-house team.
• Deep expertise in using UGC and influencer marketing as performance levers.
• Strong scriptwriting skills and ability to shape video content from concept to final cut.
• Data fluency with a deep understanding of CTR, CPI, ROAS, hook rates, and retention curves.
• Previous team leadership experience with the ability to operate autonomously.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with constant iteration.
