What you will do

• Develop and implement alliance strategies aligned with overall business goals for assigned partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
• Promote hirify.global services through collaborative initiatives with Business Lines and Marketing teams.
• Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and projects.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive edge.
• Act as the internal voice of the partner to ensure mutual business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in presales, alliances management, or business development.
• Strong understanding of the consulting industry and effective alliance structures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
