What you will do
- Manage customer accounts for new system business and installed base & service (IB&S) to deepen trust and relationships.
- Develop customer-specific business strategies, account plans, and integrated business proposals (VPA).
- Negotiate and implement customer agreements, including SLAs and VPAs, ensuring value capture for over-performance.
- Coordinate business planning for system demand and timelines over a 1-2 year horizon.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Customer Team to ensure on-time delivery and alignment.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer to identify opportunities and inform target setting for CS&S.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a technical subject or Bachelor's degree with broad and deep professional experience.
- Proven experience in customer account management, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Ability to independently manage stakeholders at both engineering and management levels.
