What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end commercial agenda for key national customers to drive sales and market share.
- Develop annual Joint Business Plans, including target setting and long-term growth strategies.
- Manage trade spend, promotional investments, and retailer margins to maximize ROI.
- Negotiate cost prices, promotions, listings, and trade terms.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Marketing to ensure product availability and brand visibility across omni-channel touchpoints.
- Own customer P&L, balancing growth ambitions with overall profitability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in National Account Management, Sales, or similar commercial roles.
- Strong experience in FMCG, beauty, retail, or consumer goods (high street or grocery).
- Experience with P&L responsibility, trade budgets, and delivering profitability targets.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- High analytical ability to derive commercial actions from data and insights.
