What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic CPG clients, driving engagement, capability upskilling, and tool usage.
  • Partner with the sales team to support contract renewals and revenue growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with Booker Departments of Trade Directors to position insights as a driver of growth.
  • Coach and support a small team, enabling professional development and effective client relationship management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Insights, Media, and Services to deliver joined-up client solutions.
  • Contribute to global wholesale capability development through cross-market collaboration.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Retail and CPG landscape.
  • Extensive experience in account management with a track record of using insights to drive commercial outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with insights and analytics solutions.
  • Experience embedding new tools or capabilities within a retail or wholesale environment.
  • Experience working within the wholesale sector.
