What you will do

• Drive growth across the existing customer base within the EMEA region.
• Identify and close new business opportunities using a hunter–farmer approach.
• Deepen strategic relationships with customers in Retail, FMCG, CPG, Building Supplies, and Pharma sectors.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to optimize prospecting, expand account insights, and increase forecast reliability.
• Deliver against ambitious commercial targets and accelerate deal execution.

Requirements

• Experience supporting the pan-European (EMEA) market.
• Proven track record in a commercially driven account management or sales role.
• Experience with EDI Managed Services, ERP integrations, or supply chain solutions.
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage strategic customer relationships.
• Growth mindset with a focus on embracing modern sales technologies and AI.
