TL;DR

Account Manager (AdTech): Managing digital advertising campaigns from planning to execution and analysis with an accent on campaign delivery, performance monitoring, and optimization. Focus on building strong relationships with agencies and clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

Location: Hybrid, London, England. You will work together IRL in our office 3 days/week.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales throughout the full campaign lifecycle.
• Manage campaign delivery, monitor performance, and implement optimizations.
• Lead post-campaign reporting and deliver insights and recommendations.
• Identify and drive upsell opportunities and repeat business.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations to troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Support month-end billing, reconciliation, and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience within a digital advertising, media, or agency environment.
• Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Experience participating in creative brainstorming and campaign development.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Ad Manager; familiarity with Boostr is a plus.
