What you will do

• Manage daily affiliate programs, including the onboarding and optimization of partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, publishers, and specialist partners.
• Drive and grow TikTok Shop activity to increase revenue streams.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable weekly insights.
• Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to drive customer acquisition.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate or digital performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for reporting.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Awin, Impact, or similar.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with creators and stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from Farnham, UK.
