TL;DR

Expert Compensation & Benefits (HR): Developing and driving the reward strategy for the Netherlands and Belgium with an accent on harmonisation of terms and conditions and integration of reward structures. Focus on professionalising compensation and benefits within a complex international matrix organisation and implementing job grading frameworks.

Location: Onsite in Rotterdam, Hengelo, or Groningen (Netherlands)

Salary: €5,100 – €8,500 gross monthly

What you will do

  • Develop and drive the overall C&B strategy for the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Lead the harmonisation and integration of compensation and benefits across the organization.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the annual salary review and bonus cycles.
  • Further develop the job architecture and grading framework using the Hay methodology.
  • Translate global policies into locally competitive and compliant reward practices.
  • Advise HR leadership and senior management on strategic reward-related topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Proven track record in strategic C&B projects and transformations within an international matrix environment.
  • Strong knowledge of job grading frameworks (Hay) and reward structures.
  • Strong working knowledge of Dutch employment legislation and collective labour agreements.
  • Fluent in English.
