Engagement Manager (Professional Services)

What you will do

• Lead Professional Services engagements and act as the primary customer contact.
• Manage delivery activities, Statements of Work, budgets, expenses, billing coordination, schedules, and quality reporting.
• Identify engagement risks, develop mitigation plans, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate Sales, Solution Engineering, Support, Product, Customer Success, consultants, and project managers.
• Support pre-sales scoping and estimation with delivery plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Improve delivery methodologies, forecast capacity and revenue, mentor delivery staff, and promote hirify.global adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or project management software.
• Native German or Dutch is required.

• Background in professional services or customer service.
• Experience managing smaller or larger projects.
