What you will do

• Lead professional services engagements as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Manage project delivery, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Identify and pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement of delivery methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance across all project activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or in a similar professional services role.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with experience managing complex projects.
