What you will do

• Oversee delivery of complex and large-scale software development projects
• Lead, coach, and develop delivery team members fostering collaboration and excellence
• Serve as primary contact for senior stakeholders including clients and executive management
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, contract terms, and best practices
• Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
• Support expansion of existing business areas by meeting customer requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years experience in software development project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent highly desirable
• Proven track record delivering large and complex software portfolios on time and budget
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello)
• Experience with Agile methodology and frameworks
• Excellent communication skills in English
