Engagement Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise customer activations, from kickoff and discovery through configuration, testing, go-live, and handover.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, governance, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Coordinate Consultants, Technical Architects, Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and delivery partners.
• Lead change management and stakeholder communications to drive adoption and achieve customer outcomes.
• Use hirify.global, AI, automation, and reusable workflows to improve planning, documentation, reporting, and delivery quality.
• Identify services expansion opportunities and coach junior Engagement Managers and peers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management, management consulting, or customer-facing Professional Services.
• Experience managing multiple complex enterprise engagements and project scope, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, and escalations.
• Experience consulting for go-to-market teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Sales Development, Revenue Operations, or Enablement.
• Experience working with European Works Councils or employee representative bodies and adapting implementation, communications, training, and change management approaches to local requirements.
• Practical experience with LLM tools and agentic workflows, plus familiarity with SaaS applications, enterprise processes, and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience; willingness to travel less than 5%.
