What you will do
- Serve as the senior delivery sponsor for strategic and complex customer engagements.
- Lead executive governance through steering committees, governance forums, and senior stakeholder reviews.
- Identify delivery, commercial, and relationship risks and drive actions to contain them.
- Lead major escalations and recovery planning for at-risk engagements while balancing customer outcomes, delivery feasibility, and margin discipline.
- Align Professional Services delivery with Customer Success, Sales, partners, account priorities, and renewal or expansion planning.
- Coach delivery teams on executive communication, stakeholder management, escalation prevention, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading Professional Services, enterprise software delivery, or strategic consulting roles supporting complex implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with complex enterprise customers and high-accountability delivery environments.
- Proven ability to lead conversations with senior stakeholders, including executive and C-suite audiences.
- Experience handling major escalations, coordinating cross-functional recovery actions, and balancing customer value, delivery risk, and margin considerations.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, negotiation, and enterprise delivery governance skills.
Nice to have
- Domain expertise in Privacy, AI Governance, Risk, or Consent and Preference Management.
- Programme, project, or agile certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile.
