Sr. Engagement Manager, FDE - LATAM

Location: Remote - Mexico; travel up to 25–50% may be required.

What you will do

• Scope and independently lead large, complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Drive full-cycle sales of standard and customized Professional Services and Training programs.
• Apply best practices for Centers of Excellence and customer migrations.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Partner with Sales and GTM teams to prioritize regional Professional Services and Training targets.
• Monitor customer sentiment, take corrective action, and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience running a Professional Services line of business.
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles combining influence and execution.
• Deep understanding of Professional Services and Training offerings, including Microsoft, AWS, and Google partner funding programs.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks architecture, competitors, and migration benefits.
• Proven experience managing large-scale program plans and service delivery.
• Ability to work remotely from Mexico and travel up to 25–50% as required.
