Advertising Account Manager (AdTech): Managing relationships with Tier 1 brand and agency clients to maximize performance on the hirify.global Realize platform with an accent on proactive consultation and campaign growth. Focus on analyzing books of business, conducting strategic reviews, and coordinating technical campaign launches.

Location: Sydney, Australia. Hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office)

What you will do

  • Consult with Tier 1 brand and agency clients to provide insights and best practice recommendations.
  • Analyze books of business to identify growth opportunities and upsell new products or tactics.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and develop strategic plans for priority accounts.
  • Coordinate technical campaign launches with Ad Ops, including implementation of tracking codes and pixels.
  • Manage campaign budgeting, scaling, and performance optimization to hit client goals.
  • Oversee creative management and generate custom reports for clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in client-facing account management or sales within tech, publishing, or agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven result improvement.
  • Commercial acumen for discussing budgets and strategic planning.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a book of 15-20 accounts.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as DSPs, Google, or Meta.
  • Hands-on experience in campaign set-up, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Understanding of the media agency landscape within Australia and New Zealand.
