What you will do

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly Joint Business Plans aligned with growth objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability across assigned national accounts.
  • Lead promotional planning, forecasting, and sell-through execution to maximize commercial outcomes.
  • Manage trade investment and promotional spend to ensure strong ROI and financial discipline.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders across buying, marketing, and operations.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in National Account Management within retail, consumer electronics, or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capability with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Proven commercial acumen in managing budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in Australia.
