What you will do

  • Execute high-volume daily outbound campaigns via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to hunt for net-new opportunities.
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle from initial cold outreach and qualification to product demos and closing.
  • Manage and triage the sales pipeline within HubSpot to prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Drive deal velocity and urgency to progress opportunities through negotiations to contract signing.
  • Generate qualified pipeline targets ($175–$300K) within the first 90 days.
  • Iterate and optimize outreach messaging based on performance metrics to maximize conversion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • High drive and daily discipline for outbound cold calling.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM with immaculate data hygiene.
  • Ability to command proposal conversations and push multi-stakeholder deals to completion.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1+) and a Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-driven discovery tools like Clay.
  • Background in high-growth startups or experience with mid-market sales cycles (4–6 months).
  • Experience selling to CMOs, Growth, or Brand leaders in marketing and digital acquisition.
  • Familiarity with U.S. business culture or the U.S. education landscape.
